Recycling unit, resulting from CIFA experience, able to treat the fresh concrete residues and the washing water of the truck-mixers.

The "Projecto" consists in a drum where the concrete residues are washed and by means of special blades the aggregates contained in the mixture are discharged at heap; while the slurry water rich of fines and cement is conveyed into the storage tank. Working with the "Projecto" therefore means protecting the environment and achieving considerable economies in site management by totally recovering the aggregates and the washing water.

Thanks to the high concentration of fines, the slurry water can be suitably batched, as a mixture water, to increase the strength of the concrete.
